Evin Basar has always had an eye for design. Seeing a website, a storefront or a menu sets off an instant list of ways to make it better.

That habit turned into a business. Levent Digital Agency was founded in 2026 to give local businesses the kind of website they deserve, designed with care and built specifically for them.

Evin graduated from the University of Guelph with a degree in marketing. That background shapes every project: a website is often the first impression a customer has of a business, and how it looks decides whether they trust it enough to call, visit or buy.

Since founding the agency, Evin has worked with business owners to create websites custom-made for their business. Every project is led personally, from the first conversation to launch day, so you always work directly with the person designing your site.
